Education & Experience
Dr. Matthew Peluso is a Board Certified Orthodontist who grew up in Brooklyn, NY. He began his pursuit of becoming an orthodontist by earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from UMDNJ — New Jersey Dental School and was elected into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Society. Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Peluso was awarded the prestigious Stanley S. Bergen, Jr. Medal of Excellence. Dr. Peluso then completed an orthodontic residency program at the University of Maryland, earning both a specialty certificate in orthodontics, as well as a Master of Science degree. Dr. Peluso has been named a “Top Dentist” in the field of orthodontics by NJ Monthly Magazine from 2010 to 2023.
Dr. Peluso works closely with each of his patients to create a uniquely individual treatment plan that meets their needs as efficiently as possible. He works with children, teens, and adults, offering a wide range of treatment options.

Personal Life
Dr. Peluso currently resides in Northern New Jersey with his wife, Jen, and his daughter, Amanda, When he is not in the office, Dr. Peluso enjoys creating stained glass art, antique cars, and spending time with his family and friends.
